Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Domestic orders ship via USPS or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times vary by service selected.

International Shipping
International orders ship via USPS or DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery.

Processing vs. Delivery Time
Processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping transit time. Total delivery time is processing plus transit. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order so I can let you know if it's possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and I'll make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and I'll do my best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
